1. Platform Role Clarification

RamKaNaam.com primarily acts as a technology platform and facilitator that enables users to discover and register for sports tournaments and events. Most tournaments listed on the Platform are organized and managed by third-party organizers.

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are therefore subject to the respective tournament organizer’s policies, in addition to the terms mentioned here.

2. Tournament Registration Fees

  • Registration fees once paid are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the tournament listing.
  • Each tournament may have its own refund or cancellation rules, which will be communicated on the event page.
  • Users are advised to review tournament-specific terms carefully before making a payment.

3. User-Initiated Cancellations

If a user chooses to cancel their participation:

  • No refund will be issued once the registration is confirmed, unless the organizer’s policy allows it.

4. Organizer-Initiated Cancellations or Changes

  • Rescheduled
  • Substantially modified

The refund, credit, or carry-forward decision will be made by the tournament organizer. RamKaNaam.com will assist in communication and coordination but does not guarantee refunds in such cases.

5. Platform Service Fees

  • Any platform convenience or service fee charged by RamKaNaam.com (if applicable) is non-refundable, even if a tournament is cancelled or participation is withdrawn.
  • Payment gateway charges, taxes, or processing fees are also non-refundable.

6. Duplicate, Failed, or Incorrect Payments

In case of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Failed transactions where money is debited but registration is not confirmed
  • Incorrect charges due to technical errors

Users must report the issue within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

7. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend or participate in a tournament after successful registration will be treated as a no-show.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances.

8. Force Majeure Events

RamKaNaam.com and tournament organizers shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.

Refunds in such cases, if any, will be governed by the organizer’s policy.

9. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or organizers, typically ranging between 7–10 working days.
  • RamKaNaam.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
